sent sabine an email she says that the dogs name matches the sv number but as far as owners,ratings, prelim , she can give me no info because i am not the owner

You could send an email to http://ruediger-mai@vom-bierstadter-hof.de the original German breeder of this dog, and ask for help. I don´t know if he wants to get involved, but tell him en detail what happened...

About the microchip - I´d try to find a club owning a European ISO ( 134,2 KHz ) scanner - there has to be a chip ( most often at the left side of the neck area ). You must have gotten an International vaccination passport with the chipnumber ( ! ), within SV always starting with 981 1899 xxxxxxxx ( 15 numbers ).

i have reached out to the breeder twice .no response..i guess i am so used to dealing with americans and germans that this whole thing has slammed and hit me in the ass. 5 days ago alexander dimitrov sent me an email that said he would replace ice but i would have to pay the shipping and if he did that he would not send the papers for ice i could just consider him a gift...this guy is nuts , after this i am going to accept something else from him. he gets more then 1000 posts per day onto his fraud site. i am just a small breeder in new york whi breeds maybe 2 litters per year. the males i have owned have always gotten their titles here as well as the 2 females i have owned. i would never treat someone like this and i have always sold with full disclosure. i am an akc breeder of merit because out of the 40 years i am in this 22 of them were spent in american bred. and yes I REALLY DO FEEL SORRY FOR MYSELF!!
