Scientists at Large Hadron Collider hope to make contact with parallel universe in days
The staggeringly complex LHC ‘atom smasher’ at the CERN centre in Geneva, Switzerland, will be fired up to its highest energy levels ever in a bid to detect – or even create – miniature black holes. If successful a completely new universe will be revealed – rewriting not only the physics books but the philosophy books too. It is even possible that gravity from our own universe may ‘leak’ into this parallel universe, scientists at the LHC say. The experiment is sure to inflame alarmist critics of the LHC, many of whom initially warned the high energy particle collider would spell the end of our universe with the creation a black hole of its own. But so far Geneva remains intact and comfortably outside the event horizon. Indeed the LHC has been spectacularly successful. First scientists proved the existence of the elusive Higgs boson ‘God particle’ – a key building block of the universe – and it is seemingly well on the way to nailing ‘dark matter’ – a previously undetectable theoretical possibility that is now thought to make up the majority of matter in the universe. But next week’s experiment is considered to be a game changer. Mir Faizal, one of the three-strong team of physicists behind the experiment, said: “Just as many parallel sheets of paper, which are two dimensional objects [breadth and length] can exist in a third dimension [height], parallel universes can also exist in higher dimensions. We predict that gravity can leak into extra dimensions, and if it does, then miniature black holes can be produced at the LHC.” Normally, when people think of the multi-verse, they think of the many-worlds interpretation of quantum mechanics, where every possibility is actualized. “This cannot be tested and so it is philosophy and not science. This is not what we mean by parallel universes. What we mean is real universes in extra dimensions.”

Easter is coming up my sarcastic, every mocking friends. Please know that there is no such thing as the easter bunny which you all celebrate, but that it is really about the good news of Jesus Christ, who defeated death, and died for your sins so by believing in Him and following his commandments, you can escape Hell. That is indeed good news. I'm so thankful to a lady twenty five years ago who told me the truth. Have a great day!
:)

No Easter bunny??? No way I don't believe it, say it aint so,

RS, do you understand the reasons you and your religion are mocked (if that's what you want to call it)? Do people come to your church and interrupt your services? Are you being told you can't attend? Are you unable to practice your faith? Have you been told to not have religious symbols on your or your church's private property? Are you banned from praying or discussing your beliefs? Are you being forced to do or believe something against your conscience?
No, to all of the above. You do not know how to distinguish the difference between two simple words; Public and Private. If everyone understood their meanings and the impact it has on our laws and society at large, there would be no argument, none at all. No Atheist would be mocking you, putting your beliefs "on trial", it wouldn't even be part of the discussion, there would be no reason. But when it's pushed in our faces, shoved down our throats and affecting our civil rights, you damned well better bring some facts to the table before you claim the right to punish people for something that can't even be proven to exist! We are not going to follow someone else's "beliefs" in living our lives, we have our own and we don't care what yours are. Stop putting the stuff out there and it won't be insulted. Keep it PRIVATE. If you want to attempt a discussion with someone, there's nothing wrong with that, but if the other party declines, the polite thing to do is change the topic of discussion! If you believe all that you've posted, you are entitled to live your life accordingly, as long as you are not restricting the rights of another, it's really simple. But you cannot force other people who DON'T accept it, to live by it. That's what's dangerous about religion ------>> any religion! They all "know the truth" and they all want to force everybody else to accept it. It doesn't matter which one it is in any given century, during any given war, during any given political debate. It shouldn't BE political, it's supposed to be private!

Travels, she has a right to discuss her beliefs and post anything she wants as long as it doesn't violate the TOS. She doesn't have to keep her beliefs PRIVATE.
You are the one with a problem, because you just can't ignore it.
Aren't you in love with the political party that preaches empathy and toleration? Try practising it for a change.
How would you like someone posting that they didn't want to see or look at those stupid little annoying egg shells you post? Wouldn't you be offended?
Didn't you post that you don't always agree with what someone posts, but you would be the first one to defend their right to post? Evidently that was just a lot of hot air.
Buy a mirror and look in it before you post, please...
