This is getting a tad more interesting. I just imagine instead we are having a "kiddie lit" critique in the style of the game, "telephone." It is zany fun for the whole family!

Hundmutter, I believe he said all of those things.

ok I can accept that he was hanging around on the cross long
enough to say quite a few other things - but we were discussing
those three quotations of his LAST last words, not the stuff about
forgiving people 'for they know not what they do' etc, before that
point. [Although the link ggturner posts muddies the water a bit,
because it seems to be claiming Jesus was 'already dead' but at
the same time having conversations with every Tom Dick & Mary.]
As to him saying ALL of the things attributed, that still does not
explain why those reporting differ as to which they chose to mention
independently ...
Neither that link nor anyone else explains that ; OR why you would
call someone out for 'forsaking' you, but then commend your eternal
spirit into the same person's care & control. Can anyone imagine
being badly let down by a social worker, puppy purchaser, relative,
whatever - but then happily sign off your children / puppies / geriatrics'
rights to them, nonetheless ? If you can argue Yes to that, you aren't
just religious, you are nuts.

Doesn't Atheism give you something in life to purse besides persecuting Christians?
I don't like the color pink on cars, the last thing I would do is spend my spare time discussing pink cars.
Please tell us how Atheism has enhanced your lives, helped you achieve success, helped your personal relationships, changed your lives for the better, etc. etc. etc.
What do Atheist do on Easter in Australia? Kick the Dog? Knaw on Kangaroo bones? I really need to know.

I just can't follow the reasoning here...

I loved that link ggturner. Choked me up.

What do they do for Easter in Oz ? I don't know, I'm not in Oz.
Ask vk4.
How has being an atheist enhanced my life ? Basically it has stopped
me being one of the 'sheeople', I think. If you cannot fathom the benefits
of having a questioning mind, I cannot help you further on that one. lol.
Like cannibals discussing vegetarianism ? Sorry don't think I know any
cannibals. Hey, I do know lots of omnivores/carnivores though, and many
a time many of them/us have discussed vegetarianism. Veganism, even.
Often WITH somebody who is one or t'other, sometimes by ourselves.
