I don't think anybody is attempting to "disprove" that a god exists, that's just silly, you can't prove a negative. I know what I'm doing is presenting the valid reasons some have to not believe it, while dismissing the rule of religion on society in general. Your beliefs, just like mine and everbody else's are PERSONAL and should matter to none but the individual.

Er carlin i have never tried to prove that something i don't have any evidence for the existence of doesn't exist. that would be irrational. i have only bought to light the inconsistencies of those that promote a twisted and false version of the knoen facts with actual evidence.
as they say not collecting stamps is not a hobby

Typical carlin non response like you are privvy to some higher knowledge when in fact yr just bumbling yr way thru like the rest of us. only difference is some of us are a bit more honest about what we do and don't know. the least honest would be the one cutting and pasting big chunks of non information from answersingenesis.

I don't really think that one needs some kind of epiphany to recognize that your posts (both in substance and in number) reflect the extent to which you are consumed by religion, atheist or not.
Honesty about what we do and do not know? My posts, specifically the ones in response to the way in which science would dictate the metaphysical are the picture of the opponent of the pervasive arrogance present within the current reactionary vector.
From what I have seen, you both enjoy cutting and pasting, FWIW.

i cut and paste relevant and pertinent info re a discussion.
very different from the text equivalent of just repeating stuff you heard even if you have no idea what any of it means and upon analysis actually means nothing - the nothing is hidden in the volume nobody would ever bother to even read, prolly including the poster.
