well to be honest a bunch of kids here were carrying around suitably fashioned household items, all totally legal and harmless in themselves each one carrying a different item then in 5 minutes they assembled the items into a fully functioning device that could be aimed and safely (to the user) discharge a bullet at a decent rate of fire.
