I remember Marlin Perkins almost losing it to an Anaconda once on his TV program.
Of course a captive shake doesn't have the strength of a wild snake, not by half I would guess.
A constrictor may eat twice but it only kills and eats each one, one at a time.
Many of these snakes are sold without paper work, there a large black market and lax law enforcement resources.
I just watched a program about venomous snakes being smuggled.
As for Florida, I doubt they will ever be rid of them now.

No natural predators for the those, or the blasted fire ants from S. America.

I thought I heard recently that there was going to be another organized snake hunt there in Florida.
They've got a nice place to live and as you said no natural enemy and perfect conditions to reproduce.
