It has no force under the constitution (see below link)

I saw this after searching for hours. I am sure you too, will believe my source, who is highly respected in their hive. The buzz is confirmed. In my past life I fought bravely for my waspish way of life and was totally unawares of my condition as it were; totally satisfied to be sipping the best in the nectar of life, not knowing it wasn't all that different from living in a bubble.
