Meditation is very complex. It's not just about clearing your mind.
Remember our bodies are electronic apparatuses - our bodies operate by wave frequencies much like a transistor radio. Our built in battery (heart) gets electronic signals from our brains - obviously we are not plugged into an electrical outlet so where do you think our brain gets energy ? Food ? lol
Clearing your mind with meditation you are at about 9 - 13 Hz only. LOL
