Ruger it's not worth being the exegete to the insensate, intransigent monomania...
God Bless...

travels, I can't see any other way to satisfy your question beyond what I have aready answered.
And as to your question about why we worship ~~ God is worshiped because it is due Him ,, not for validation as that is a human need; not a God need. And yes, He is also due our adoration as well,,, :))
Joan,, I am not interested in stooping to your level. As I said let's agree to disagree. I don't make it a habit to converse with those who are ungentlmanly or unladylike ,,I find you abrasive and argumentative ,,

Since people have different values and beliefs, they will differ in their definition of good and evil. Ruger's definition is based on biblical principles.

The biggest difference, is God is TRUTH, and the Devil is a LIAR - and a good one, judging by the number of people he has fooled.

If that's the case RS, how do you know that parts of the Bible aren't deceitful? How do you know how to tell what is evil and what is good? If there are deceivers, you can be sure when men wrote the Bible, some were amongst them. Then you also have to look at where the different parts of the Bible were found, in which centuries, written in which languages. You do know, do you not, that men not only wrote the books, but other men decided what was "pertinent" and what wasn't? How do you know the proper books were included? How do you know that some of the books don't carry some deceit within their pages? How do you "know", based on what you've been served on a platter that was chosen for you? So, I'll ask again, "How do you differentiate good from evil, based solely on the characteristics of your God and Satan, respectively?"

If I thought there was such a thing as the devil, I'd agree with you on that, Joan.
