It is not an opinion that people are born gay. Gay people will tell you straight out that this is how they were from their earliest memories. Of course you can put on blinders and ear plugs and believe whatever story you want but if you listen to the people who are gay they will tell you this IS NOT a choice. That is the bottom line here.

Bee,

When the religious settlers came to America they slaughtered my ancestors for their land if you can't accept it that is on you and not on me. It is a truth that still needs to be talked about because it actually happened unlike some man made bible fanatsy.

I hate to even bring this up but Christanity tells us the earth is only so old, another thing religion has gotten wrong and those like Shtal will argue to the end that the earth is only a few thousand years old. Science and common sense are thrown out the window when extremists talk their non-sense.

I don't think any one has denied that some people are born gay. That is just what you are only wanting to hear. How the idea of choice is perceived about that situation is perhaps the real problem in understanding the different views.

Do you also really think that love is the basis for sexual attraction?

Sleepy,,,,,,,nothing changes much around here!

I thought this thread was about whether or not gays are born that way or not! Uhgg!

"I don't think any one has denied that some people are born gay."

Your comprehension is worse than I feared. Maybe that is why you have a tendency to talk in circles and riddles and also why plenty of people cringe when they see you commenting on their threads. I know when I see you comment on any thread I have a tendency to cringe.

Right and who pray tell brought religion into the thread. Can anyone guess?

Ruger the truth hurts when it goes against ones beliefs.

I have no problem accepting your ancestors. I just wondered what your point was in the context of this thread. My example was meant to equalize your criticism of religion, as to more precisely be meant by you, as the Christian religion.

Also, I find it very weird then, that I can absolutely disagree with Shtal and his views, and not to be needing to be hating him because them, at the same time. I do call that tolerance, and then when I don't see that from everyone else, I tend to call that, intolerance.

GSD ,, it doesn't matter from a biblical perspective if one is born that way or not! It's not a viable option ,,,,
