The 12 sons are described in Genesis 25:12-15.  Three of the 12 sons see vers 14 are Mishma,Dumah,and Massa.
These names mean,hear,keep silence and bear.  Thes appear in the same order in James 1:19 which tell us,
Let every man be swift to hear Mishma,slow to speak Dumah,slow to wrath Massa.
This would a good admonition for the Arabs today.
Today these 12 sons I believe are the people of Lebenon,Syria,Yemen,Jordan,Egypt,Saudi Arabia,Sudan Libya,Algeria, Tusnisia,Morocco and Iraq.
These Arabs countries have two thirds of the worlds proven oil resources.
The Arabs control three million sqaure miles of TERRITORY.
JEHOVAH HAS CERTAINLY FULFILLED HIS PROMISSES MADE OVER 4000 YEARS AGO TO ABRAHAM and HAGAR.
The Arab people are blessed. They have multiplead exceedingly and their lands are fruitful.

Oh I almost forgot these promises in Genesis 16:12.
Ishmael will be a wild man;his hand will be against every man,and every mans hand against him;and he shall dwell in the presence of hs bretheren.
1-Hagars seed THE ARAB PEOPLE would be multiplied to the point where it could not be counted.
2--Will be a wild man refers to the fact that the Arab peoples will be free and roving.
For 4000 years now God ha enabled Arab nations to keep their independence as both a lasting monument of His providential care and a fulfillment of His promise.
3---His hand will be against every man,THIS FORETELLS THE SIN OF THE ARAB PEOPLE ENGAGING IN WARS AND UPRISINGS.
4----And everymans hand against him,This is the punishment that Arab nations have experieced and will experience in this world.

The Arabs must come to realize that Genesis 15:18 and Jeremiah 23:7,8 along with other scriptures references promise Palestine to Israel, from the River of Egypt to the River Euphrates some 180.0000 sgaure miles.
And while Israel is the inheritor of this hallowed area called THE PROMISED LAND,She also has been and will be the inheritor of mant trials and tribulations that Arab nations will not be subjected to
