In 2001 Scientists warned that Global Warming was causing less major snow storms.
In 2015 Scientist are now warning that Global Warming is now causing more major snow storms.
So much for those hacks, quacks, whacks. Perhaps they are Australian Scientists...

Ignorance and arrogance, what part of "global" is it that you don't understand?

I was under the impression that as the globe warmed storms would be more severe and weather would be more extreme, both ways. Oh well I guess the scientists are wrong again, lol.

That is what they claimed. along with more hurricanes which has not happened.

by GSD Admin on 19 February 2015 - 17:02
Honestly ML, do you expect massive amounts of hurricanes every year. Over time you will see an uptick in hurricanes and other super storms, that shatter all know records. We are just in the early stages of the bad affects of global warming so I think the jury should still be out on it. BTW, coal is one of the leading causes of mercury poisoning and also a major factor in global warming so reducing those emissions whether for GW or not is the smart thing to do. Hell reducing all pollutants in general should be our goal as a society. Not opening doors by deregulation for business to pollute more.

GSD,
I firmly believe the climate is changing, however IMO (and many others) it is not because of man.
I'm going to visit the wife when I return this evening I'll post what I believe is really happening.
