Ruger1

Hund,,I think, I might fall into that category "if I understand you right",,,I couldn't care less actually how or when it all came about, but I am without doubt, that it was a Devine Design by none other then the God of the Bible!!,,,Humans on both sides of the coin, in all their knowledge and wisdom, are still finite and unable to grasp the fullness of an infinite God and His ways,,,,

Yes Ruger, you understood.  And there's no problem with that at all, it should only matter to you.  But, when creation is foisted upon innocent children as "science", there's a huge problem.  There are still people who believe the the earth is flat and I have no problem with that either, but when they want to teach it "alongside" evolution, that's absolute nonsense.  These people who know better are lying to children and they are being told by authority figures to ignore science or deny what they're seeing.  That's just wrong.  And that's not my opinion, that's the opinion of the United States Federal Court, as well as any other court that's heard much the same.

It's no different than teaching astrology as equal to astronomy, so if you live by your horoscope, I don't think anybody would have an issue with it, but when you want to teach it as science because "It works, it's true!!!!", a line should be drawn, doncha think?

I don't even so much mind the creationists teaching their beliefs about
New Earth alongside teaching evolution, any more than I object to
schools giving kids an overview into every religion.  Kids are mostly
bright enough to make their own minds up eventually.

But lots of these fools think their doctrine should REPLACE all
the lessons on evolution, it seems, and they appear to be none too
happy about any other point of view on belief systems being taught
either.

hovind proposed (and claimed he did) this experiment to destroy a key plank of geology and support his own theory that the earth is 4400 years old.......i guess he never actually did do the experiment so embarrASSing...sooooooo lol, so sux to be a retard;
