What do you think it means? I will correct you if needed.

the whole louis chateau thing i will not even attempt an answer, i would not know where/how to start. the conversation thing i think you might mean that shtal feels he needs to save others from eternal damnation and convince them of his one and only correct view to salvation based on his own personal religious beliefs and that he sees any challenge as both a threat to his beliefs and an expression of the forces oppossing and trying to undermine the righteous of which he believes he represents?
ETA, i see you wrote conversion, i read conversation, my bad. makes a bit more sense now, the above still holds tho.

LOL. You must be a linear thinker. Don't get hung up on the chateau! You can make it a disco hall in your head, lol I don't really care. It does seem to be a big deal to others.
The point is the literalism involved in the interpretation of the Bible, by some. If they take it so literal, why isn't what pops literally into my head as valid as what pops into their head from reading The Word.
I have to get through the rest of your long line of inquiry, one piece at a time. Been a long day! But I will try. lol

Okay, I continued on a a bit with your run on inquiry. And I think Shtal in your case, tried his best but that is why he will do the pearl and swine thing pretty soon, if he hasn't already.

but his best never involved a two way dialogue ever, it was interjection and repetition from discredited sources, even when honest reasonable questions were asked they were usually answered with a yawning icon and he would abort the discussion just to repeat the same thing on another thread. extreme, arrogance, pride, ego and condescending. and evrything ALWAYS started with the assumption that scripture was literal truth with no other evidence than scripture.

vk4,
You were not paying attention. He does not care what your POV is. That is irrelevant to him. He thinks he has through his own reading, a personal mission handed to him by the Word of God. It is literally there if he chooses to parse it out.
Dinner is here... more later if needed....

aaaaaaaah........feel bad now for wasting my time entertaining the fool for so long, i guess i needed that lesson, will take it on board. doubt i will be so nice to the next fundamentalist i meet if they start their dribble at me. i mean all they crave is an audience.

Vk4, just to sum things up here, we can't be both right, somebody is wrong. And I love to point out that I am right and you are wrong......lol

Audience, is not the word. Not the craving. Think harder.
