My pup  now 6 months and 1 week and has just finished teething. His ears are still not up but for the first time 2 weeks ago the right ear started going up ( it went about 1/2 way then went down) now the left ear have started to go up and down. should pup ears be taped or glued to help it or will it go up on own, or maybe it too late to go up Please advise

You should definitely either tape or glue them. Otherwise you may not get them up. I tape or glue mine (usually tape) at 4 months old if they're not up by then, but I'd rather be safe than sorry, I've known too many dogs that the owners waited too long and they never came up.  I also give a calcium/phosphorus supplement (usually bone meal) and vitamin C to help them get strong.

Definitely tape them. Use a cardboard tube of the right size or those pink foam hair rollers ladies use. If you go with the hair rollers, take the plastic fastener part off first. You can use plain clear packaging tape to tape them onto his ears. He probably won't like them, but keep putting them on his ears until he keeps the ears up by himself. Put the tube or roller into his ear just before the all the bumps inside his ear.  You can also glue the cardboard or roller into his ear, but use a glue that wears off after a while. My supplements of choice are chondroitin and glucosamine sulfates, since the ear is cartilege not bone.

Give him some vitamin E and his ears will stand without having to be taped

Get him some pig skin ears. They will build his jaw muscles and push the ears naturally. Do not let him play with any dogs right now. They play rough and would keep the ears from going and staying up. Vitamin E is also a must. Everyone have given you good advice. You male needs to be constantly chewing something. When my Male's ear was going up and down I gave him the pig skin ears ....about 6 a day.  He slep alot due to the chewing but it was worth it. I did this for about 3 days. His ears stayed up.

PM if you need more help.
