I don't know the story AT ALL. Let me first say that.
But something you said jumped out at me as a bit "off." Why would anyone refund SHIPPING charges? Unless you were charged for a puppy that arrived in really heinous condition that was directly attributable to the seller, I can't think of too many cases where a service provider of any sort would refund shipping/freight charges. That's like returning something to the store for a refund, and asking the store for extra because you had to drive 50 minutes to get there. Shelby Anderson didn't provide the shipping herself, did she? I mean, did she receive the $650 or was it airline charges? It sounds like she's refunding all but deposit and shipping, which (again, I do NOT know the story!!!) *seems* fair enough in most cases, so I think a more thorough explanation is in order. I do not understand why anyone would refund shipping charges. That's just the price you pay when you live far away.
Edited to add: I don't fully understand the way the OP is phrased, ie, the use of "n"...is that "and" or "in"? Or???

What does your contract say for each dog.
Can you be charged board for each dog ($20-30 per day each) from the time you were told that they would no longer be trained.
Go pick them up and then try to get you money back if need be through the courts.
If she is no longer training then you can't hurt her by complaining.
Again a contract is needed to spell everything out.

I suggest anyone interested in the entire story check Shelby Anderson's FB page, and the situation will become a whole lot clearer.
