If you're looking for real quality leather work, try these people - http://www.schaafleatherwork.com. I just had a new collar and tracking harness from them - it is absolutely terrific. The work is amazing. They do leads as well.

Are you seeking to source leads and collars in America or Europe? I have bought several from a company called John Humphris in the UK. Very good quality and service offered.
