It’s true - he looks like his grandfather. Magic of Pennies from Heaven originally joined our Welsh Corgi from Holland. Magnic, or simply Mahno called by friends- is a son of English dog, Belroyd Kingbird and grandchild of another English dog who is still staying in Holland dog kennel - Pemcader Tuxedo. We were impressed not only by Kingbird’s beauty, but also by his achievements: at the age of 11 and 12 he became a champion of NWCC (Netherland Welsh Corgi Club) (2008-2009) - now that's quality! Surely, when we were searching for the best candidate for our girls who were the daughters and granddaughters of the fascinating Ermyn Cranberry Frost (Bingo) for pairing, our attention was caught by Mahno and his pedigree full of famous dogs who seemed like the perfect fit. Mahno is the representative of Belroyd-Pemcader kennel which is well known among owners of corgis. Ch. Belroyd Nut Cracker is considered to be the best procreator In Holland and produced 15 champions of the world: truth or joke? Mahno was growing and we were observing him. Mahno is a copy of his father: beautiful head, strong and graceful back. The only difference is his rear limbs, they are more unusual and interesting- probably inherited by his charming American grandmother. He is brave, smart, funny and extremely charming. His ginger colored amazing fur is long, soft and straight. Of course you can’t judge the dog by his color of the fur, but in this case it makes him even more effective. Now let’s analyze this dog as the reproducer of the new generation. He was already paired in our kennels and collegues 4 times with “A”- Princess of Feiries from Dom na Holme, “C”- with Pastoral from Dom na Holme, “H” with Chimney Dog and the last one “Ts” with Avdota Sambatus. Surely the final decision we will make once the children have fully grown, but even now we can see the progress and it makes us happy. Children inherited both bloodlines: Mahno’s and Bingo’s. We were afraid that this dog’s pairing will end up with the result that some dogs will be looking like father, some like mother. However, all puppies look quite alike. Once you are looking at the photos from childhood archive you will wonder who’s puppies are these: Pasi’s , Chimnie’s or Avdotie’s? Bingo’s descendants are famous of their strong body’s bones and perfect condition and all these qualities are inherited by his puppies. All of them have big heads for example as Mahno has. They have wide structure of chest, strong shoulders and long neck. Moreover, puppies have perfect fur and the bright color as their father Mahno. To make the story short, we are glad that these two bloodlines gave such amazing results at the end. Big appreciation for Magnic of Pennies from Heaven - Jana Snider and Katarina Niys for amazing work. They bought from us dog from Numerona, and according to their photos, puppies are similar to ours. To conclude, we want to say - everyone likes Mahno. Let’s continue our work with Mahno, apparently he likes it as well.
