Please do explain Lenny, who and where you are, and what your expertise on German Shepherd Dogs is. I am very curious to know! I, for one, would never question the results of the VA-dogs or the judges that have given the order. Have the dogs not proved their strenghts over many years in countless shows? And have the judges not travelled all over the country (all over the world) to go and see the best dogs on countless occasions? Who are you to try and tear down this dog? Please do write an extensive "Körbericht" for this audience, so we can compare it with the real dog. I challenge you! Jan

I have to agree with Lenny,Ghandi is a very poor example and shows how corrupt the VA position can be!! Messler and Van Doorson are said to be more than buddies. Also the reason for Messler getting the order of the boot was due in part to giving a false height on one of her males. Ghandi is not my idea of good shepherd. I saw the dog at close quarters in Koln this summer and he is little more than a pet. Weak head, poor front, normal wither, very stuffy neck, poor topline, very moderate angles. He was not shown that day. I cannot see anything in the dog to admire. I have no idea about his character though. If he has gone to India for 100,000 Euro, well done to the seller. Thank god it was,nt the UK.

That is funny. The rumours are funny too. They are old as the earth though, Chaka. Nice gossip. Not. Everybody has his preferences. I'm sure can find same ammount of faults in neary any other VA. And when it comes to progeny especially (look at this year's Sieger ;) Ha) Ghandi has a type that is not everybody's taste, but a lot of people do like him, for right so. He's a real "medium" size of 64cm, which nowadays considered too little by some :), well balanced, well pigmented and has great sound temperament, which he successfully gives to his progeny. He showed himself as a way overavarage producer of working ability. Which is also still considered important by "some" people. By the way he didnt get his VA from Messler this year. I wonder who was sleeping with Orschler this year for him to get it ;)

Ghandi was NOT sold to India !!!!! I wonder why people write unqualified stuff like this...... by the way - there is a statistic about all the progeny-groups in Karlsruhe: http://www.og-koeln.de/downloads/nkg2004.pdf check it out lenny!!

Hi Lenny, in my eyes, Ghandi had the best progeny-group of all the VA-dogs in Karlsruhe. Why do you say so sad things over such a well producing dog, perhaps you have to learn a lot about GSD best regards spunio

Lenny, When I see your SV judge certificate then I will pay attention to your babbelings. Until then you only have unqualified personal opinions. He is a VA dog and has many attributes. Yes, some faults, but all dogs have some faults! LET US ALL CRITIQUE YOUR DOGS!!! COME ON BRING UM ON!! Full color pictures stacked and moving! I want to see you answer Diane!! Just how did you test his protective instincts??? hmmmm??? I would like to see you walk in on him as an intruder without them being home!! Did you try to attack the owners physically and see his responce. A dog who is sharp with out reason is a liability to all. Why can't everyone respect people and dogs?? Why do you have to be so nasty? Even if it was all true, Why should you care anyway? Lenny you are going to find yourself in the same pot as Solo. EVERYONE HATES someone who always puts down others, instead of building them up. Ideally WE should help and encourage one another for the betterment of the breed and each others' experience. Get a grip and say something positive for a change and if you can't, for whatever reason then DON'T SAY ANYTHING AT ALL!!! Debby

First,I think Ghandi is a great dog and an outstanding sire.Flipp,Karat's Ulk,Urban,Mischland's Goliath,Xadro Badboll are all fantastic specimens sired by Ghandi and they are top winners too.Carry on your criticism M/s.Lenny and Chaka and I hope that your "beautiful comments" will have an influence on Ghandi's owner and he will be immediately sold to one of my friends in India.Let us be "destroyed".I only pray to God that someday he gives me the funds to own a "poor specimen" like Ghandi.I will never ask for anything else.

Hello Lenny, Are you sure that yoú have/love/and think to know a lot about GSD?? You sound more like a Poudle Man??? Check your own dogs and problems before you put some one else down!!

So this dog should not be VA, look at the prgeny and there placings and then look at you dogs at home. How are the comparison. Beutiful dog with great temper.
