This dog was placed in a retirement home to, unfortunately a scammer. He was placed for $1,850 including all shipping fees as a quality pet/comapnion dog to retire on 50 acres.
The signed Sale Agreement states he cannot be resold/rehomed and has to come back to me.
The buyer has emailed how much his daughter loves the dog ... but they are demanding the papers (again - he was not sold with papers or to be worked or shown ... simply as a family companion dog).
This transaction would be illegal should anyone trade/purchase him. He will be home again shortly -

I am not an attorney, but the agreement is crystal clear to me. I do not see how papers for the dog can be demanded from you or how they are relevant. I would ignore that request and if the person pushes it or intends to sell or otherwise dispose of the dog, other than giving him back to you, I would think you have legal recourse. The dog should come back to you. Isn't it a shame that there is no honor among people any more? And we wonder what the hell is wrong with our country................

Hope that you are successful, Mary. The JERKOFF who signed that agreement and now wants to break it should be DEBALLED! IF I SOUND ANGRY, DAMN RIGHT I AM. iN THE LAST YEAR AND A HALF I WAS RIPPED OFF BY TWO PEOPLE WHO CHEATED ME OUT OF OVER $150.000.
