I saw this and couldn't believe it. This poor Australian shepherd weights 120 pounds, and his owner left him outside where he froze to the sidewalk. The dog's okay now, and the owner has been cited for animal neglect.

Jiffy is actually a Border Collie. This happened less than an hour from my house >.< I want to smack people for things like this.
I find it ironic that a dog this fat is named Jiffy...

A very sad story.Maybe he ate alot of peanut butter...hence the name "Jiffy".

Disgusting, on both counts. Some people should not be allowed to have dogs.

We are actually moving to Madison, arriving today! I couldn't believe how fat the dog was - my male GSD (a rescue of unknown lineage) is well over breed standard for height, but still only weighs 80 pounds. I just hope they are able to find this dog a good home.
