Why are you selling him as pet only?  This guy Dave wanted a protection dog obviously, and he says Nemo isn't that.  Was he aware that a ScH III dog was just another friendly pretty face?

Why in the world would one retire a stud who is only 6 years. I know that my guys stand at stud long after that. I don't believe that your contract would hold up in a court of law even if you would like to have him back.

by Brandoggy on 05 January 2011 - 03:01

Louise, Nemo is 7 not 6.
Glad the lawyers here don't agree with you.
He is coming back soon-

by Louise M. Penery on 06 January 2011 - 00:01

Still, a bit earlly to retire a healthy stud, IMO.

I guess it is good that the ppor dog will be returned. I hate all the stress from shipping. I will never sell another adult dog sight unseen.

Why would the age of the dog affect the validity of the contract?

if Nemo goes back to the breeder, then why does this guy not   get his money back , this is truely unfair, i mean he payed for a dog , he should get something for his money. this is like stealing, he would have a case here. he deserves his money back. or a dog that he really does wants. i say to do the right thing.

this is what a honest breeder would do........
