May be useful to know just what the letters 'GF' represent ? And surely there is no such thing as a 'suspicion' of ED, they either have one of the joint malformations or they don't - or so I have read. Its then the degree that matters. Unless this grading was given only on a prelim and the dog was very young ?

Agreed! I wish I knew. I think use of the word "suspicion" is likely a bad translation of whatever original language "GF" is from, as B1 hips ("fair" in OFA parlance) are also "suspicion." And as B1/Fair hips are still normal, I don't think I'd use the language "suspicion of hip dysplasia."

I think Fantom would possibly know, if she wasn't off sick @ the moment. I don't even know which country this abreviation comes from. I'm just used to elbows getting a straight 0 / 1 / 2 / or 3.

Still having issues [rolleyes]
In any case, search online for Changes to NZVA Canine Elbow Dysplasia Scheme The link will be a pdf that includes the form I referenced earlier. One of the lines on the vet form is Suspicion.
If OP was looking at https://www.working-dog.com website, there are many dogs listed there with HD-GF Suspicion for elbows in their pedigrees. Some also have HD grade B1 Suspicion for hips. Based on this plus info in the comparison chart I linked to below, I would *assume* the specific grade associated with GF might be B1 or B2, depending on the comparison organization OP is referencing.
Examples of such pedigrees

https://us.working-dog.com/dogs-details/4603350/Debby-Lobo-Grande
Here is a chart with HIP score equivalencies between several organizations. Unfortunately, GF doesn't appear, so from an organization not compared there: https://barkingbunch.nl/galerij/hd-title.htm
Recommend OP see if the stud(s) or bitch(es) he or she is interested in is/are in PedigreeDatabase

GSCat yes, I found the same thing. I've just never seen what the GF means in any equivalency chart so it's interesting.
Here's another example.
Dog seems to have great elbows per the PDB listing. Why it would have "suspicion" on W-d.com is confusing. I would love to know what the GF means.
