I agree, who is this breeder? BY naming them in a public forum at least it will make it harder for them to rip people off.

bottom line is this ladies and gents. YES, buyer beware! You must protect yourself as much as possible! BUT - that gives no excuse for crooks to screw you over. If they LIE, cheat and steal, SHAME ON THEM! They should be held accountable. PERIOD!

May i also point out a very small and possibly useless issue. On that website, all the pics were altered, compressed horizontally! So the dogs, (including the puppies!) appear to have shorter croups and better angulation. Maybe its a quirk or non intentional,,,,but.......

I communicated with coragio personally and it turns out that the dog that was spooky was sent to him as a pup and **several** months **after** this pup was under his care all of the sudden it turned spooky! When it first arrived at coragio's kennel it was ok. IMO that is not the breeders responsibility or fault. To my question whether or not the training for the other female had been paid for or still needs to be paid for no answer was given. This leaves enough room to speculate that the training is probably not paid for (which I pointed out to him) and therefore the dog is not being returned. But that is just a personal speculation and not based on anything but a hunch. He basically just wanted me to agree, but after writing back and forth several times I told him I could not share his opinion. That was the last of it.

There is a new add for a trained sport or police dog posted today (7/20/04) DON'T BUY FROM THIS GUY. I bought a dog from him and 4 years later I have no papers. And she was bought as a breeding female. And I have now found out that the papers that he had were fake. He will not do anything about it and said it is not his fault. And we did have a contract. So now I have to take it to court. Be very careful when dealing with this person. If you would like to contact me and get details you can email me at draggahaus@yahoo.com. Heather Haggard

People selling dogs with fake papers? Has this ever happened before to anybody's knowledge?
