My Name Rita Demidko. I sold a dog Sadie vom Dinaburg to Sandra Waeiss at 8 weeks old. I were helping her in training, showing, driving her and a dog to shows, x-rays, when UScA did not allow dual membership with WDA, My husband agreed to co-own this dog, so she can still show and trail her in both clubs events. After friendship fell apart Sandra deised to breed a dog what is fine with me it her dog, but she did not want to let us know about the breeding, the first time I  heared about it is from Facebook, when she posted pictures of puppies. We do not want to co-own this dog or deal with any of her litters, all she had to do is to contact us prior to breeding and clear all this out. Now she is pouring dirt all over internet. I did advise her to send dogs registration to us and we will sign out on co-ownership. Here is a e-mail I got this morning:

admin edit: sorry we do not allow emails or PMs to be posted here.

Any input would be appreciated. Thank you Rita

Hmmm probably gonna regret this, but.....
When you sold Sadie was it on full reg. or limited? If it was on full then you have no reason to be upset her Owner bred her.
So unless you are expecting something else from this whole setup, then just sign the papers. Not sure why you wouldn't, unless there's more to the story(there usually is).

I think Rita is saying she never got the papers to sign and was never informed about the co-owners intentions to breed the dog and register litters?  In which case, I agree with the OP that common courtesy would be to inform the co-owner and get all the ducks in a row beforehand and not have puppy buyers waiting on papers or caught up in a co-ownership dispute.

It nothing more to the story. I do not want anything from her. Just feel that I did not do anything wrong, specially she never informed me of the upcoming litter. I was out of a country, now instead of talking to me she try to threaten with all this stuff and saying lies about me and my dogs, Natasha never had to redo her BH, all I had to do is pay $15 for not being a club member. And she know nothing about Tyson. I told her that all she has to do is send me Sadies papars so we can sign off on co-ownership. Rita

Why does any partnership go bad, same could almost be said for any marriage.
Not compatible, no commitment, or trust.

VKGSDs,

Yep, I misread about her not getting the reg. papers to begin with.

Rita,
Not sure there's much you can do, other than just tell your side of the story. I would stay away from name calling, as it just makes one look foolish. Stick with the facts & keep it short/simple.
If you want to be done with this, you could contact AKC & ask if there's a way for you to sign off of this litter through them.

Personally I don't like co-ownerships, there are so many ways it can go south.

It doesn't have to be a nightmare.....
Rita...just sign over the registration to the co-owner (actual owner)...let her deal with the problems with AKC (if any).  Put the date of transfer before the litter was bred, and you will have no need to worry about
the litter she bred without your knowledge. Since you had no plans of actually owning the dog, or taking the dog away from the owner...you should have no responsibility for the litter.
No need for drama on their part, or from anyone reading the forum.
Simple solution to a pretty simple problem.....her "sarcasm & breeder bashing" will look idiotic, and will defuse itself.

Again...just my opinion.

First of all I never posted anything on the Internet. I sent a PRIVATE email to Rita and she posted it on the Internet. I never knew about it until people started to message me on Facebook to tell me what she was saying.
