I believe she is a new breed that has been formed in the country of "awesomness"...I believe they call this type of dog "badasslookingpuppy". it was bred to do all kinds of awesome tasks like cuddling and retrieving beer from refrigerators!

THere are DNA tests available to help determine the breed(s). I've heard mixed reviews on the accuracy of the test, but it might be worth a try. BTW, your pup is really beautiful :) Congratulations!

My guess is Northern x GSD. I'd like to see the rear angulation of her legs and her back from the side. She has a very intelligent face, betcha she'll be a handful. Very cute!

Her head shape looks very much like a GSD. She seems to be an appropriate size for a GSD puppy also.
It's most likely she's crossed with another breed to give her her coat, color, pattern, since it's a very unusual combination in purebred GSDs. But, there is a possibility she could be a purebred GSD.
She's a longcoat, which we all know GSDs can be
She's a blue, known GSD color
She's a solid pattern, known GSD pattern
She has white on her chest and paws, we all know a lot of GSDs with white on chest and paws.
Does she also have white by the top of her nose? I can't tell if theres a white spot there or it's just the lighting. It's pretty unusual to see white on a GSD in that area, but I have seen it.
So she is either a purebred GSD who came from one of those breeders who breed for offcolors and coats.
Or, she's a GSD mix with another similar breed (border collie, aussie, something else?) and she was just blessed with the more GSD type looks.
I can't wait to see pics when she's an adult
