I made that suggestion once before that they post under their own username and I got blocked....I agree that moderators are needed to keep things in order, but not to control and abuse their power as a moderator.....Perhaps if we all just chilled for a while, and just agree with them, things might get better...Now we all have a pretty good idea of what they think is accceptable and what isn't. As members maybe we might pull this off without the moderator having a reason to moderate us.....

Agree with which one of them. As long as we limit the topic of our conversations to "picture of my new dog", "Is your grass still green?", and "My dog poops brown", we may see fewer deletions. Inevitably, though, one of the moderators will have a problem with each of those thread topics.

How do you know the following statement that you made to be true?
"the mods just hid out in the moderator forum and licked their wounds. "
To my knowledge there was NO moderator forum when I moderated....one was much needed but there was none!

No matter where or what I post, I keep getting deleted by someone with a personal issue. Because you guys can hide in anonymity, and because you have seemingly little controlling authority over you, and because your scruples are questionable at best, it's not worth my time.
Even Jim and Prager ,arguably the two most knowledgeable members on this forum, are unable to safely render advice.
Understand that you are just a moderator on a dog forum. People here resent your Cartmanesque attitude toward us little people. For some people, power, even in moderation, is dangerous.

I know to some extent the TOS can be slightly open for interpretation, which is where absolutely unbiased moderators come in.
