there are a thousand different combination of breeds that can achieve the look of your dog. Not even the most experience expert of breeds could accurately say what your dog is a mix of. He's most likely a mix of mix breeds (meaning one or both of his parents were probably mutts too.) Who knows? He might not have had a "purebred" dog in his ancestry for many generations.
I seriously doubt a Breed DNA test will be able to accurately tell either. As far as I'm concerned the Breed DNA tests are a joke, just a money-maker for the companies that do them.
A good dog is a good dog, no matter what it's ancestry is.

Nice pup, don't worry too much what the other half of his mix is.
Does he always lie down with his left elbow stuck out at that angle? Has he shown any sign of lameness in that left leg at all?
