Trying to figure out what breed of dog I have. Was told he is a bullmastiff

Unless you got his dog from a shelter or rescue, why would you doubt his breed? Trying to understand why you have doubt.

I purchased the puppy with no papers from a person who purchaded it from another. She was told it was fullblooded. Havent been able to find any further info.

You answered your own question. You will not be able to find info here either, only some guesses based on the picture.
Unless you buy a dog with paperwork, you can only hope for a pure bred dog.
So honestly as cute as the puppy is, it can be a mix on pretty much anything.
You can do a DNA test for 50 bucks, but again.. no guarantees.
The test is avalable at some pet stores.
