Found on another doggie message board. The puppy in question was a Shiloh, not a GSD. The owner has been told he'd better watch his credit card... A recipe for disaster. Being a builder my old man lives and dies by his cell phone. He was expecting a vip call from the framer. He was also relaxing in an easy chair with a drink and his phone on the floor. So most of you know where this is going right? 'B' was in the garage and streaks through my legs and into the house. (she does not have free run of the house as yet. we are expanding her areas slowly so any chance she has to invade new areas she will)Yep, the phone rings, and he is napping. So 'B' starts pawing at it and hits the answer button. So she and the framer start a 'conversation'? This wakes my old man up, and the obligitory chase is on, with the framer listening to evry word, pant and whine. 'B' was finally cornered under a bed and was coaxed out with the old but reliable hot dog. The phone was left under the bed, turned on, burning minutes and had to be retrieved with a broom. I'm not sure what 'B' told the guy but we have just received an shipment for what looks like a super condo dog house with the optional sun deck! I do hope that she does not expect us to put it toghether. Talk to you later!
