how is it that you can look up a dog and it shows that there is no information on the parents, but you can look up the parents individually and they have a pedigree. how do you make it connect to the dog that says no information on the parents?

When a dog is entered on the PDB you need to add the sire and dam to the pedigree otherwise it does not show the parents. The parents can be found on the PDB but unless their progeny is entered with the sire and dam the pedigree will not show them. There are cases where neither the sire or dam are on the PDB so members do need to enter them to complete the pedigree.
