I absolutely, under no circumstances believe this claim, and I call hoax.
To me, it looks like a large bear with a huge, happy time, tasty salmon in it's yap.

Looks like a bear to me too. How convenient that the camera just happens to be blurry too. I always find it funny how any time something like that is seen, or a "big foot".....or anything else for that matter the camera is always blurry.....Go figure.

I think it is a bear too, the tusks do not have the right curve or hang to them.

Whatever is in his mouth changes angles as the water pushes against it. So it's flexible.
