This is a local, classic Christmas commercial, dating back to 1982. It wouldn't be Christmas without it. Eat'n Park is a local restaurant that had car hops when I was a kid. They've survived all these years and are still a favorite breakfast and late night eating venue from Pittsburgh, and into the tri-state area.
