Here is one view of the BATF exposure of Fast and Furious which the director of the BATF says was ordered from above including by Attorney General Eric Holder.  This secret criminal operation was exposed by BATF who were heros and went public.  many of them were threatened to keep quiet but refused.  Some have been fired for refusing to cooperate with this plan which resulted in the murder of at least two US Border Patrol Agents (and now there is alleged to be evidence of a third murder linked to these BATF guns).  Not:  I didn't make this up it is a real operation which is clearly illegal and has now been stopped.

 "Operation Castaway"

Several lawmakers are questioning the Obama administration about whether the controversial "Fast and Furious" gunrunning probe may have had a cousin in Florida that resulted in guns being trafficked to Central America.

Rep. Gus Bilirakis, R-Fla., penned a letter Tuesday to Attorney General Eric Holder and ATF Acting Director Kenneth Melson inquiring about a program known as "Operation Castaway." Other top lawmakers are also starting to look into it, though ATF claims the program was above board and not similar to Operation Fast and Furious at all.

Current known death toll from BATF supplied illegal high powered weapons under the secret operation "Fast & Furious":

Three US Border Patrol murdered by drug cartels
Two US Police Officers murdered by drug cartels

There are probably hundreds of Mexican citizens who have been murdered using these weapons, but nobody knows for sure since information is not forthcoming from Mexican authorities who have satted that they are angry about this illegal program which has resulted in many deaths in Mexico.

The following article from a respected source shows just how much top US Govt officials who manage the BATF could care less about the murdered police and agents they are responsible for when they set up and operated this illegal secret operaition which has been dubbed by experts as a false flag attack on the second amendment that failed because there were too many stand up honest experienced BATF agents that refused to go along with the program and blew the whistle.  Many of these fine agents are now being persecuted for being honest and ethical, some have been fired.
These folks need our prayers and support.  They are truly our very finest.

Documents: Feds allegedly allowed Sinaloa cartel to move cocaine into U.S. for information (4:15 a.m.)

U.S. federal agents allegedly allowed the Sinaloa drug cartel to traffic several tons of cocaine into the United States in exchange for information about rival cartels, according to court documents filed in a U.S. federal court.

The allegations are part of the defense of Vicente Zambada-Niebla, who was extradited to the United States to face drug-trafficking charges in Chicago. The court in Chicago held a status hearing today and ordered the U.S.government to respond to Zambada-Niebla's motion containing the allegations by Sept. 11.

The case could prove to be a bombshell on par with the ATF's "Operation Fast and Furious," except that instead of U.S. guns being allowed to walk across the border, the Sinaloa cartel was allowed to bring drugs into the United States over a five-year period, the documents allege.

Zambada-Niebla, who worked for Joaquin "Chapo" Guzman Loera, is the son of Ismael "Mayo" Zambada-Garcia, another drug lord associated with the Sinaloa cartel.
