It snowed lightly all night, maybe 3-4 inches..  not much for Colorado, but pretty regardless.

It was a balmy 12 degrees when I woke up.. it's warmed to 24 as I type this..
As always, the dogs love it..  my fingers not so much..  (the tips were getting early stage frostbite, so I didn't take many pictures..)

(black dogs against white snow.. ugh..)

Who else had a white xmas??
Or a green one, or a beach one.. foe those of us living elsewhere??
share your holiday fun!

Sherry, its headed your way!

Yes, Gunnison is beautiful, but quite possibly the coldest place in the state (averaged over the year).

It's probably MINUS 24 there right now..

Black Canyon from a few years ago:

Cheri, Give Cisco a BIG hug and a tasty treat from us up here in Colorado.
I am so glad you were able to have him home for the holidays.. Here's to his speedy recovery and a NORMAL report back.

Have faith, 5 years ago this week, Dante was in a similar situation..
He recovered to walk, talk, and compete.. he jumps walls, hurdles, and is nothing short of a miracle dog...

Wishing you the best!

Didn't wake up to one but we have a blizzard warning for tonight/tomorrow.

Yes, Colorado can spawn some blizzrds..
I think this one came from California.. Sierra's got it good a week ago!

Keith, you'll have to post  some "deep snow" dog pics..

Here's from a few xmases back..   so much snow.. couldn't get out of the driveway for 8 days..
Hope you don't get this much!
