Check out the first annual National Championship for the WDSA, hosted by Cascade Schutzhund Club!   This event is open to ALL BREEDS, so enter, or just come out to see a variety of great dogs competing.  The event already has entries from Holland and Germany, so it is shaping up to be a truly international event.

It should be an outstanding event hosted by a very capable club.  Wish we could be there.  Kevin

Yeah, yeah, yet another region why the West Coast is a better place for dogsport than the East Coast or the Upper Midwest....go ahead and rub it in, Mystere.

Seriously, though, sounds like this has the makings of an outstanding inaugural event, enhancing the already stellar reputation of Cascade.

Thanks, Hexe and Kevin.   We try hard!!   Now, if we had some of the Easat Coast's great helpers in addition, like Steve Romard or Alyssa Larson--oh, yeah, they were from here!

Ron--I don't know when the competitor's list will be posted.   One of the judges is from Sweden.  I am really excited about this event and just wish I had a dog ready for trial.  How often does anyone get to compete in a national event in their backyard, with international entries to boot?  <sigh>

Mystere,
I was thinking of ordering one of the t-shirts just to support your event, but I don't have a dutchie so it feels a little funny ;)  The club logos are really cool though - do you know if there are t-shirts available to "outsiders"?  Thank you!

Absolutely! Go to the event website for ordering info. There is simply a $5 shipping charge. We want to cover the world in the shirts, like the old Coke commercial!%:-)

Oops, just realized you were asking about the club logo, as opposed to the evnt logo. There are lots of non-club members who have the club shirts.
