I am searching for a reputable showline breeder. I would like 100 showlines. I realize that they are not as intense as the working lines... What I am looking for is a showline female that will do schutzhund. Looking for a older female 6+ months old. It does not matter where the breeder lives as long as in the US as I am nervous about importing. I was told that because sire and dam are schut titled then the puppy will have it in them, come to find out from several other people this is NOT the case at all. I have seen puppies that look like they are good quality in colorado, minnesota and IL. Although these breeders ALWAYS seem to have puppies. I would appreciate any kind of advice!!

ELLIE:
You may want to do some research and find
a kennel that is doing some titling of their own
dogs, (hard to find but not impossible), and you
will have a better bet on getting a puppy with
some working ability. By 6+ mos you can at the
least check hips/elbows etc before purchase,
and get a rough idea on temperment etc.
Since you have stated location doesn't matter,
you may want to contact one of these breeders,
these are all breeders that own/train/title
their own dogs:

You have to remember that any any dog their success or failure will depend on the trainer. Dogs must have a good character to begin with and then it is for the owners an trainers to mould the dogs character towards the end product.
