Here is a photo of my females hip rating on her foreign papers. Can someone clue me in on what this means. Thanks Jan ;-)

The way I am reading it does not mention hips, but elbows, not sure; maybe Bhall can clarify.

I would agree, it looks like Elbow Dysplasia Rate of 0 (which I would assume is clear). Hopefully someone can clarify for you.
