HOW CAN WE CONFIRM THAT THE PUP A BREEDER GIVES IS ACTUALLY BORN TO THE SIRE AND DAM AS MENTIONED IN ITS PEDIGREE CERTIFICATE.
IS THERE ANY POSSIBLE WAY TO CROSS CHECK WITHOUT INVOLVING COMPLICATED PROCESSES SUCH AS DNA ANALYSES AND STUFF???

Now you know one of the reasons that the SV requires the Warden to Chip the pup at the same time the blood for DNA is taken.
And one of the reasons for chipping and not the tattoo for identification
If you are here in the states then do the DNA and if wrong report to the AKC. This is one area they will take action on.

Buy only from reputable breeders who have a name to protect. Be carefull when buying or importing from russia and other eastern EU countries. I have a personal expirience; my bitch's pedigree have some doubts. Thieves everywhere.
