How does one register a litter born in the USA from AI with chilled semen from a Canadian stud dog?

The dam is AKC. The pups are born in the USA.

There is a Canadian Champion at stud I am interested in.

Sorry don't have the answer but I think its a great question as I was just looking at the possibility of being in the same situation. I'll be keeping any eye on this topic.

Is the Canadian dog AKC or UKC registered (or both)? Is he AKC DNA'd profiled? He will need to be in order for you to register the litter.
