puppies go through all kinds fo funny stages before they grow up. His pasterns seem extra long and a bit weak, but this may change.

could you show some more photos?

maybe of him standing.

if he's down in his "pasterns" (where I assume you are talking about where his legs are bent) you may need to re-worm him.

internal parasites can cause weak or down pasterns.  or as other's have suggested, he might just have weak pasterns,  or it might just be a growing phase he is going thru.

Your best bet and the common sense one would be for your Vet to take a look at the Pup, and then you will know , How on earth can anyone tell you by looking at a photo If you think something is amiss get the dog to a Vet they are professionals

For a start the photo is far to big to correctly assess him and sometimes puppies do sit a little awkwardly, send in another smaller photo and have him standing up.

I had this problem once with a puppy & a combination of vitamin B complex 1, 6 & 12 & vitamin D in all high doses is very essential at this stage to strength the dog's nerves. The earlier you start the better results you get . Also Calcium is very important. together with  exercising the dog on the sand.

I once saw a puppy at about 4 months worse than this one looks (difficult to tell as he is sitting down), completely down on her pasterns, in fact the owners almost returned her to the breeder because of this, but were too fond of her in the end.  When i saw her again at about 10 months old she was totally normal, I do not think the owners did anything special, the problem just corrected itself.  I must admit I was quite surprised though I have quite often seen lesser cases correct themselves.  Exercise obviously helps and some people believe glucosamine supplements will help to strengthen the ligaments.

What percent protein is the food you are giving him?
I would put him on adult food with lower protein.
