I'd say they're fair. Still really young. Scores could go up or go down. I know of a dog who had similar hips at this age, and at two they're OFA excellent and in the top 0% Pennhip. But they could go south, too. Too early to really tell definately one way or another.

for a while he has been put up because he is going through pano in the front and one back leg.
