They are needing to locate a few owners of the dogs taken from him.
They did seize several dogs.

Looks like this fellow has a history...
-Oliver L. Buford Jr., no age provided, Danville, appeared in custody on multiple unresolved charges including a Class 1 felony criminal sexual assault with a victim unable to provide consent, a Class 2 felony aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a victim with him being more than five years older than the victim, a Class 4 felony criminal sexual abuse of a victim unable to consent and a Class A misdemeanor violating an order of protection charge. He was remanded to custody for a first appearance with counsel.

My impersonation charge stems from wearing a T-shirt
All my dogs I had on payments were owner surrender to people I was paying off so this post is in fact not true and Im and getting my dogs back after I pay a couple different fines
The person who made this post real name is layken Ariel downy she is mad that she was cheating on her husbdand who is United States Army and I told him about it once I found out she was not being truthful about telling me they were Separated...she planned on letting him deploy and taking his 10,000 and skipping state with they’re kids so I told him and tht screwed her plans up so she started all of this to get back at me for that if anyone has any questions or concerns you can email me anytime

Right right. Every single one of the charges against you is trumped up and silly and just magically getting dismissed. GOT IT.
Dude, normal, law abiding people don't get even one crime charged against them, let alone multiple crimes. And they don't tell you "oh we are dismissing this case," you go to court and the judge either does it or not.
Normal, law abiding people don't have to "pay a couple of fines" to get dogs back.
