True many top sport dogs are imports,I think americas working breeding programs are improving all the time some top breeding kennels in this USA either start with some of the best that Germany and Europe have to offer or start with the best dogs they can find in USA,for one Germany  had got a big jump on USA and perhaps might always stay ahead of USA in what they can produce in top working dogs,but hopefully that can turn one day and american breeding programs will gain in what top dogs we can produce here,perhaps for too many years american breeders had and have focused on what they could produce in showlines but there is now alot of good breeders that are determined to improve or maintain top GSD working temperment here in America.In the mean time hopefully we can continue to bring over some of the best that Europe has to offer on this side of the pond.
