Teach her what to bite, i.e. a ball or tug toy or stuffed toy. At first when greeting her, take the toy with you and offer it to her instead of your hands, then after about a week, tell her to get her toy herself.
Also, if anyone is "playing rough" with the pup with their hands, cut it out. This encourages the pup to bite human flesh and clothes and they will usually offer the behavior at other times.
If you spray her with water or reprimand her, you risk making the submissive peeing worse.

Changer is right on. We keep real chew toys handy all over when we have puppies. Substitute an allowed toy for hand, arm, foot, whatever you don't want chewed.
