I noticed awhile back that someone changed Ulk v. Arlett's hip status to 'a' normal. I changed it back to 'a' fast normal because Ulk should be 'a' fast normal per the breeder's website (http://www.arlett.de/hunde/ulkvonarlett.html). Someone has changed it back to 'a' normal again. When I logged on a little while ago, I noticed that Erasmus v. Noort is listed as having 'a' normal hips. I had been under the impression that Erasmus' hip status was 'a' fast normal. Just curious who is changing the hip stats and why?

Ulk v Arlett has a ZW of 101... I cannot imagine any dog getting a ZW that high with a a-normal. Eramsmus v Noort's is 105.. again, I don't thinkan a-nomral would have a ZW quite that high, but who knows, depending on their siblings and THEIR progeny. IMHO, a screwed up system that reflects far more on the bloodlines than on the individual dogs.

ZW has very little to do with hip status. It is a measure of hip production based on aggregate of parents hip scores modified by hip status of progeny.

Unfortunately once a dog is listed on this site, anyone can modify their information. Correct me if I'm wrong, but there is no way to lock in the data. If Ulk is fast normal and someone keeps changing him back to normal then either you've got an unethical person trying to post false information, or you've got someone who is just clueless. Buyer beware! I wouldn't put too much faith in anything on this site without checking the facts first. Anyone can post anything. Heck, there's a 5-month old puppy that has a a-normal hip rating - yeah right! I could add titles myself to my own dog's profile. Hmmm. Maybe I'll make him a SchH3, kkl1, FH2 today. Not!

SchHBabe, If your going to add titles to your dog, why not go all the way and VA to!!

You can now look and see who changes the stats of a dog. Here is the user name of the person, or one of them, changing stats for the two dogs mentioned above. hansmiha hansmisha has dogs for sale with these two sires in the pedigrees.

How can you find the log of changes?

On the dogs page, under the picture, is the section that has comments, change stats, change history. :Look at Change history.

Animules, Where is that "change history" option? Under my dog's picture I see the hyperlinks for progeny, pedigree, photos, etc but I don't see anything about change history. Would you mind spelling out where you find that link? Thanks!
