very interesting video.
I like the idea of raising the sleeve up so that the dogs have to work a little bit harder and jump up for the sleeve :D
Can somebody explain what's going on the 0:59 segment of the video? What does the dogs have to do to pass? What's the routine?

The middle part of the IPO??? Is it similar to tracking.??? Like the dog has to find its handler???

The middlepart is the messengerdogs, a form of competition found in Scandinavia stemming from the use of messengerdogs in wars in the old days, some info about those trials,

Does the dog have to do all Phases??? Like the ones under the Messenger dog phase, are they the same dogs that jumped high and bite hard???

No, they are seperate trials.
