It's weird. Every time I ask a german shepherd owner what is better, west, ddr, czech, and why. I always get the same argument for all three. It seems that all have the same amount of courage, drive, and fight.
What are your opinions and why?

Everybody has a reason to love the dogs they have or experienced. Bottom line they are all shepherds and have value. You will find winners and losers in all lines. I happen to prefer WGW. The more I look at peds, the more I see dogs with a little bit of everything mixed in, way back.

Why? Because it's what I have, what I study and the look I prefer. DDR is out, I don't want dogs that take forever to mature or for the majority, sables. Blah, lol. There are allot of Czech dogs I like but I have yet to know much about those lines, so I can't comment much there. Showlines are sooo... just not my bag, pretty sometimes, but not for me. I'm not saying any is better than the other, I just found my nitch.
