I know for German dogs, there's the SV's database, with ZW numbers, that give a pretty good idea what said German dog is producing, but do the Czech dogs have a system similar to the SV's, where the public can view the records?
Thanks in advance!

www.schaeferhund.de/site/index.php
That is the link to the SV's ZW page, where you can either search the first part of a dog or bitch's name, or the kennel name.

The FCI keeps track of the Hip records but i do not think that they are public info. When i was looking into some info my self we were not able to get the info .
I may be able to get the info depending on the name of the dog. PM me with the name if you would like. Most of the time the bst info comes from a FIC pedigree on the dog or the czech papers. The down side to this site is dogs that are listed as 0/0 or 1/1 2/2 all have to show as 1/2 FCI here witch does not show the true rating.
sorry that i cant help you more

Sadly, you do need to know a little German...for example, Zwinger means: Kennel, Hundename means: Dog's name.
For example, I wanted to see my girl's Sire, Iltis von der Wildsau's Hip ZW score, so for Hundename, I simply typed in "Iltis" and it brought up a list, of dog's whos names begin with Iltis, and I found "Iltis Wildsau" and the lower the number, the better the score.
Let me know if you need help

Try www.GSDDATA.com
It has everything that is available online in one place. You might need the pro version to find what you want but it is only 15 Euros
