any body used this stud am thinking of use him as stud, how is his tempermant , off spring .........thank you

I had the opportunity to be around Ilay in St. Louis. He has a wonderful disposition with people, kids, other dogs, pups... and perhaps the biggest beautiful head I have ever seen on a German shepherd dog. The pix don't do the expression in his eyes justice. He's a lot more impressive in person. Unfortunately it was HOT in St. Louis for a dog with such a heavy coat. Several males suffered for the heat, coming from cooler climates with no time to acclimate. Ilay marched on boldly, but was clearly affected. I thought he should have placed higher.
